ABOUT AMANDA DELAY

I am a mama, wife, daughter, sister, teacher, and photographer. People describe me as welcoming, kind, patient, and detail-oriented. My family and I live in the Chicago suburb of Downers Grove. We recently bought a minivan which officially makes us a suburban family! We love traveling, laughing, but mostly we love the beach. I work hard to teach my kids about finding the gratitude in every day moments. We have a dinner time ritual to share at least one thing we are grateful for from the day and one thing that made us laugh. It's a great way to reflect on the day and connect together. I believe we can always evolve and be the best versions of ourselves. Finding the good and focusing on the positive help me to continue to grow and evolve as a person, mom, photographer & friend. Oftentimes, my clients become some of my very good friends and I am so grateful for that! This photography business has given me a really creative purpose to capture moments for you and your loved ones that will live on for generations!
